I've done this with the calibo1p1 command. I've attached 3 au programs that
were modified from those supplied in Topspin, described below:
calibo1p1.fast - is the same as the bruker-supplied calibo1p1 au but it
skips the final 16-scan acquisition
au_prof1d_calibo1p1 - switches to exp 9888 where it runs calibo1p1.fast,
then copies the optimized o1 and runs getprosol with the optimized p1 in
the original experiment
au_prof1d_copyo1p1 - copies from exp 9888 the optimized o1 and runs
getprosol with the optimized p1 to the desired experiment (note that this
must be run in the same dataset name)
So, in an IconNMR queue, for the first experiment, I set AUNM to
au_prof1d_calibo1p1, and in subsequent experiments, I set it to
au_prof1d_copyo1p1
You could presumably replace the call to the calibo1p1.fast command to
'pulsecal quiet' if you wanted to skip o1 water suppression calibration.
I hope this makes sense. It works pretty well for me.
