Frank A. Bovey's book, NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTROSCOPY, 2nd ed.,
Academic Press, Inc., 1988, has an appendix B, Calculated Proton Spectra. In
particular, pp 561-586 contain 78 calculated spectra for ABC systems. There
is no reference wrt the algorithm or mathematical formula that was used to
generated these spectra based upon the J's and the delta nu's.
