Dear Colleagues: I glanced through old messages of armml and found no
report on 119Hg nmr. I might be wrong. However it won't stop me to ask
for your help. At present we used phenyl mercury chloride as a reference.
We found a signal, near the center of the window, at the following
conditions
spectrometer: Bruker 500 MHz with a BB probe.
O1 = -18755 (SF = 89.1412442 MHz)
sw = 160 ppm
ns = 16
d1 = 10 sec.
For some subtle reasons I don't think this is the right peak. Of course, I
could be wrong again.
Any information to obtain the mercury signal of the aforementioned compound
as well as the exact conditions for other reference (such as mercury
chloride) are cordially welcome.
I thank your enthusiasm.
