We are using a bruker 500 MHz ultrashield, with a Avance III HD console
using topspin 3.5pl7 with a BBO probe.
A quick summary,
a user tuned for 19F and forgot to tune back to 1H when done.
We tried to tune the 1H channel with atma on the sample it was having
trouble finding the valley. We stopped the atma and changed it to an ethyl
benzene sample. then we tried to atma 1H again and while this worked better
we could see the valley but after about 5+ minutes we got the message
"Exception in DRUContr 1: acqTransSendEvent: Almost Out of Message Buffers
-> Experiment aborted by DRU1"
then some ipsoControl errors.
I tried to restart the PC and topspin and that did not resolve the issue.
I then did a console reset and it seemed to work, but when I ran a topshim
the message "Error in master: error 13 in AQS1" -- slot 1 rack 1 power
failed" then "error in ipsoControl:: checkStatus(): status line active"
There were several other error messages that I attached on the below PDF.
Any advice you can give.
