Happy to report that increasing the air flow via edte worked fine.

For our system, I’m told it can be increased up to 1500. I tried
increasing to 900, and the sample came up fine.

Have a great week,

Jim

Our house air service is periodically just a PSI or 2 short and we can't eject
samples. I'm thinking that I may be able to increase the ejection airflow a
tiny amount temporarily. However, I don't have the service code for the BSMS.
Is there a generic code? We're running Topspin 3.6 on our Bruker.

Thanks Jim
