bit superfluous, and my due apologies for demanding your attention bandwidth.
But, I am just sharing with the community, in case it is useful.
Quickly cutting to the chase, if you are installing/spinning up Alma
Linux 9.4 box to make it a host for controlling a spectrometer, the
following weblink from Bruker will come in handy :

I am in the process of moving all my CentOS 7 boxes to AlmaLinux and I have
noticed that the Bruker repository i.e. bruker-addon.noarch does not get
pulled per se, with the stock AlmaLinux repositories or epel-release.noarch
repository (at least in my case).
But the direct install from the bruker repository URL given in the above page
under "Bruker-Addon repository" section, sets you up nicely.
After this, if you run the incantation :
# yum --enablerepo=bruker search bruker
you get the most important packages for configuring your box as an Acquisit=
ion host computer, with very little hassle :
