Yes, it is not clear what Jim meant exactly by wobb not working. I assume
that he meant he could not see a recognizable dip when opening wobb. I
normally have trouble with my atma/m when rebooting the console (or even
restarting TopSpin ?) and if I open wobb under these circumstances then
I do not see a recognizable dip. After a few/several attempts cycling
through atmm and wobb the system eventually works and as soon as I see
a recognizable dip in wobb then I know atma/m will work.

Hi,
I could be way off the mark on this one - but if wobb does not work either,
then your problem may be completely unrelated to ATM. If the wobb command
does not initiate the expected software response (the wobb experiment window),
then its possible you are dealing with a problem with Topspin, console or
preamp instead. If wobb starts normally, but does not lead to a recognisable
wobb curve (no dip visible), then its quite possible there is a probe problem,
but it may or may not related the ATM unit.

Thanks all for your useful insights - even found the wrench to help dislodge
the flush air tubing.
However the gradient controller is still stuck - will try again Monday. Bit
easy enough to take the probe out with only one cable attached.
Wobb and Atmm still don't work, so I think the next step is to send the
probe out for repairs
