Hi everyone,
I am hoping someone might be able to shine light on a new error I have had
cropping up on our 500 MHz (Avance III HD; TopSpin 3.7). This error message
has only been populating the last few days:
"atma_ProbeCorba_impl:: start exception: Error: channel can't be wobbled with
this probe [Probe: [1H] can't be selected on the [1H] channel
[Nuc-MotorBase:movePreset-Motor-Nr:1 <1H Tune>: can't move to position -256 (current:-78)"
It populates both in automation, as well as running in manual mode. The weird
thing is it will sometimes fail to tune and match to proton on the same sample
that was already tuned on the 1H channel previously. I first encountered this
with one particular sample, but now it happens "randomly" even with standards.
Any and all input is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Jessica
