After a power outage this summer, I got the same trouble on our Avance I.
I had to dismantle the electrical panel at the back of the cabinet to realize
that a fuse on this panel had blown (the green fuse, like yours). This fuse
protects a 24 V transformer and a small rectifier module that power the coil
of the 250 V main contactor. The rectifier module is out of order. Its role
is to convert 24 V AC to DC to activate the contactor. Checking the documentation
for the installed contactor, I saw that it can also be powered by AC. So I
removed the rectifier module and changed the wiring to supply the contactor
directly with 24 V AC. And it works.
