Weigou,
Please check the settings in the probe configuration and see if MAS eject is
turned on. Check also edhead and see if it is set to eject air.
Good luck

Mike: I disconnected the eject air from the probe and tried eject four times
and every time the eject air turned on. So I guess the problem is indeed inside
the probe.
Brian: I put on an o-ring around the neck of the transport tube (I found that
was the only place where an o-ring can stay in a stable position) so that the
tube is sitting 1-2 mm higher, and unfortunately the eject air didn't turn on.
Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I could send the probe
to Bruker for a TLC but we have a project now that really needs the probe so it
would be great if it can be addressed in-house.
Thanks,
Weiguo
