Hi Weiguo,
When you click the eject button does the air turn on and the sample not come
out, or does the air not turn on? It does sound like your probe
could use some TLC. It's possible that something has sprung a leak.
It's also possible that the top of the stator is not aligned well with the
bottom of the transfer tube and that needs to be adjusted.
