Hello AMMRL colleagues and troubleshooters:
Twice now in two days I've found an error message in OVJ3.1 that a sample
is broken in the probe. The samples are broken off right below the
turbine. The first day I wondered if there was some user error at fault,
but confused how a broken tube would get into the magnet with the safety
precautions of the 7620AS. Now that it's happened again, I'm baffled.
About a dozen samples ran normally before this sample.
In face, even more oddly, this sample actually completed and was apparently
broken in the probe afterward. How does that happen?
It looks like I'm going to have to sit and watch this until I can figure
out what mechanism is failing.
Has anyone observed this before??
