I am looking for anyone who has experience with EZbooking online booking tool by Artologik. In particular, I am after any tool or script that can successfully import user log data either from iconnmr logfiles or other logfile data (logon/logoff data, as an example). After many years of successfully managing NMR user bookings, invoicing and collecting usage data using our own tools and log files collected through topspin and iconnmr, we find ourselves in a position of having now to use EZbooking to do all of this for us. Currently this means manually handling every entry, which for last quarter was about 7000 lines of data, and this is unacceptably time consuming.
Artologik can develop bespoke tools at a fee, but we've not been successful pursuing this option, as NMR is just one, and the newest, user in a big pool of other facilities on campus using this product.
