Hi, dear friends
Recently, I have faced a problem concerned with Topshim failure. Everytime when I tried to shim the sample with topshim in CDCl3 solution, the machine always provided a error message "no signal at all". I have checked it in the Bruker knowledge base and consulted with Bruker Engineers in China, I have been told checked the output in 2H TX board using oscilloscope. I have found that there were only no output for 2H_out and other outputs are fine. I have wondered if there were anybody who know how to fix this problem in 2H TX board.
My machine is Bruker Avance II+ 400,
