Hi,
Our NEO-500 and NEO-400 run mainly in automation mode with ICON interface.
It fails at random at different stages of data collection – either
ATM, shim, lock or proc.
Sometimes, it ejects the sample and proceeds to next sample,
but most of the time the interface locks up and needs a restart of ICON or
a reboot of TS.
This is very inconvenient for overnight queued samples.
We are running TS 4.3.1 on the 500 and 4.5 on the 400.
Is there a permanent fix either in configuration of ICON or TS itself?
