Hello Purush,
yes ... this looks like a bit ringing background ... from PTFE spacers and/or
other isolating materials.
But your signal is quite not visible there. The background is big and broad
blopp on the screen. The signal form your substance should be a small and
tall signal, if the concentration is good enough.
There are some special 'pulsprograms' for background suppression - also a spin
echo (Hahn echo) makes a good job - but you are loosing signal from your
substance, ... more scans is the solution.
Also you can try linear prediction - but in this case the backward one can do a job.
The broad lines have a small T2 time. So the background is the first part of the FID.
It is not so easy to set the parameters in TopSpin correctly - use MestreNOVA instead.
There you can tell - linear prediction on the first 16/32/64 data points. These are
completly removed and set by the smaller rest signals from the FID - backwards. So
the rolling line is flattened ... then you can see hopefully a small signal from
your compound
