Purush:

This kind of broad background peaks (irrespective their origin) are routinely
dealt with in Time => Tabular => Frequency domain processing paradigm
(alternate to direct Time => Frequency domain FT processing).   Simply
ignore the first several points in the FID during the Time => Tabular domain
step.  See enclosed picture on an example (first 50 points - user definable -
were ignored).   Peaks between -130 and -190 ppm are REAL peaks of interest!  
Combining SSFP and CRAFT is a published method (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 64, e202422971, 2025).
