Try cpmg1d with d20 set to about 1 ms or so. zgbs also does a decent job.

Purush,

What you see there is background from the probe(solid teflon or other
PFAS). Try to use narrower windows, avoid that section of the shift
range if possible, and correct baseline with the macro abs.13c.
