Our AVIII does this sometimes. Shut down the IPSO and the BSMS, then power
them off along with the amplifier and the AQS rack. Power off the console
with the switch on the outside of the cabinet. Power on the console and turn
on the IPSO ONLY. Don't turn on anything else. Reboot the computer. Wait for
the IPSO to (hopefully) get past C0 and move to 94. If it doesn't, run
"Services" as admin, find Bruker DHCPD and TFTPD and restart them one at a
time. Once the IPSO gets to 94, restart everything else, wait a few minutes
and run 'cf'.

If this doesn't work, download 'netmon' (Microsoft Network Monitor) or something
similar and monitor the instrument network as you reboot the IPSO to see if it
is trying to communicate. An AI chatbot like Claude can be very helpful in making
sense of the network traffic. If you see nothing, run a high quality Ethernet
cable directly to the switch in the cabinet from the host computer bypassing the
junction board at the back of the console. If you still see nothing, follow
Hasan's suggestion and replace the Ethernet switch mounted on top of the amp.
