Hi Luke,
With that many boards it sounds like a power issue.
Could it be a blown fuse on the AQS? The power plug at the upper right of
the back of the AQS should have a fuse (or two?) that can be checked once
the plug is removed. I personally check them with a DMM instead of by eye,
as I’m getting older…

Hi Everyone,
Our Avance console had a heart attack this morning and I'm hoping the
collective knows a way to resuscitate it.
The first user of the day couldn't tune or collect spectra. There weren't
any hung processes, and the problem persisted through software and computer
restarts. Error messages pointed to multiple boards on the AQS rack (RCU,
SGU1, others) and the instrument has a history of communication issues. I
begrudgingly power cycled the console...
...and now there's no activity from a whole side of the AQS rack. CCU10, TCU3,
FCU3, GCU, RCU1/2 all dormant. pictures attached.
Any pointers would be much appreciated!
