Hello everyone,
We recently conducted a 29Si experiment on our system and encountered two
issues. We would appreciate your advice on these matters.
Issue 1: I was able to tune and match the probe with ATMM as shown in the
attached picture. I stored the values by clicking on the close and store
values box. However, when I tried to perform ATMA, I was directed to optimize
from ATMM again. A message box popped up on the screen, as attached in this
email. I am wondering how to store the wobble curve so that ATMA can adjust
it itself.
Issue 2: The researcher expected a heptate from 29Si at around 188ppm, but
I only detected a pentate. The signal is clear, but the outermost signals
didn't appear. I am wondering what parameters I should focus on to improve
the result. Do you think an inaccurate 90-degree pulse could be the cause?
