zirconia caps for MAS rotors

Does anybody know of a good way how to remove zirconia caps from Bruker MAS
rotors without breaking them.

One is supposed to use the zirconia caps for MAS experiments at high and low temperatures.
We found that the much cheaper Kel-F caps can be used at moderately high temperatures (around 80-90
Centigrade). Does anybody has tried using Kel-F caps at low temperatures (we will need at least -50
Centigrade).

Regards,

Hanno Leisen
