[AMMRL] 400 MHz AVANCE I console and shimstack available.

Hi everyone

We just updated our system, so I have a 400 MHz AVANCE I console, plus shim
stack and preamp, available.

With the exception of the LCT board, the console was working when we
decommissioned it.

Please let me know if you would like to claim any of it.
