Hi Mike,
Thank you for your suggestions. I swapped PDU3 to another PDU port, and it
was able to communicate. We eventually found that PDU3 should be plugged
into port 14 instead of port 2. However, I'm not sure why it was still
working previously when it was connected to port 2.
