Hi everyone –
We have an AVANCE I unit that (after multiple power outages) has been performing
poorly. The console takes awhile to come online (but usually works after several
resets), but I’ve most recently gotten an HPPR communication error. The
unit has power and the LED display reads as “Ready”, but, despite
multiple resets, it is not communicating with the console or PICS cable.
The RX22 is flashing red, which suggests that the problem might be on the
console side.
Given the age of the system, documentation seems to be pretty scanty at the
moment – allegedly there’s an rx22 service tool, but even
if I could find it, I’m not sure what output I would be expecting
Does anyone have any advice?
