Hi Nadia,
It is possible that something has failed but it's also possible that there
is some gunk on the sensor. If you look down inside the top of the shim
system you should see the hole that the sensor is in--you might just need to
take a damp swab and clean that out. If some dirt or something is
blocking the sensor you'll get that message. The hole should only be
like an inch down inside the top of the BST.

We recently switched off our 600 MHz console to facilitate some electrical
work. However, on restarting the system, the response to 'ej' was Error 113
slcblid close. NOTE: There is no lid at the top of the bore.
Has anyone ever come across this error? We've checked the cables and as
far as we can tell there is no obstruction of the sensor at the top of the
bore. Could anyone can tell us the specific location of the sensor for the
lid at the top so that we can inspect it properly or recommend a method to
bypass this sensor?
