Dear Colleagues,
I have a big problem to solubilize peptides ( near 30 aa ) in order to
make their studies by NMR.
After the preliminary CD study, the more structuring solvents are like
generally for peptides the MEOH or the TFE. On the other hand when a
more concentrated solution is made to carry out the NMR, 2 of these are
insoluble in these solvents.
So, I tested many organic solvents or water at different pH and even
micelles SDS and CHAPS, but in vain.
Does somebody had already this type of problem and could help me?
For this type of problem is there a rigorous procedure to follow, rather
than to try different solvents with more or less luck ?
Thanks,
Eric Condamine.
