I would like to thank everyone very much for the information about 27Al NMR.
The reference sample is [Al(H2O)6]3+, which can be made by dissolving
Al(ClO4)3, or AlCl3, or Al(NO3)3 in D2O. The concentration is 1.0 M. A
few labs use 0.1M.
