Hi Jon,
You may just have some ice built up on the probe. It would need to be pull ed
from the magnet(if you can), and dry it out. Sometimes, there's enough ice to
freeze in the can. You don't want to force the extrraction. In some instances,
you can 'burn' the ice out with some helium gas to free it. These measures
should be gaurded, as there are consequences to not doing it righ!
