Hey Dan,
If memory serves, Cal_PP should have been installed on the robot flash memory
when the system was set up by the Agilent engineer. If you haven't tried to
follow the instructions to access the internal page I would do so just to
check things out. In the meantime, I'll check around here and see if I
can dig up a copy of the CD.
I also don't know if you've ever had any dealings with Deane Alexander, but
he was one of the field engineers Agilent recently let go... He was a huge
help back in the day when I was having issues with my 7600AS. If you can
contact him (although without the official Agilent email that might be hard),
he might know something.

I will reach out to Jonathan and likely NMR associates as well. I found both
the user manual and the installation manual which walks through the reset
procedure. Worryingly, the installation manual says I need to run Cal_PP
that is supplied on the Guidance Controller System Software CD…
