I can confirm that Cryofab still sells them- I ordered a set 2 weeks ago.
Came very quickly. I also tacked on a couple extra of the pieces that I seem
to lose most easily… They have some very helpful diagrams on their
website.

The "brass Christmas tree" at least was available from Cryofab. Part number
STACOU. I'm pretty sure they still sell it. That's the full sized set of
adapters, there is a smaller one but it at least used to be less expensive
than their minimum order.
