Hello Everyone,
We have a Bruker Avance Neo with a Prodigy probe. After a spill with an
InsightMR accessory last week, I removed and cleaned the probe and
everything seemed to be back to normal. Thankfully the probe appears to
be clean and not damaged. But after a couple of days of operating,
IconNMR gives the error "Some motors are in illegal positions.
Reconnect the ATMA unit to allow automatic resolution." I detached it
and reconnected it and again the ATM unit operated normally for a couple
of days. But now, even after I reconnect it again, it keeps giving the
same error. Any ideas on how so solve this problem?
Thanks!
Eugenio
