AMMRL: N15 Basics

Hi y'all --

I’m trying to implement 15N on an AMX-360. It has a broad-band probe,
which I’ve tuned to 15N; and I have a 90% formamide/DMSO standard. Finding
signal isn’t so easy. How does one make ballpark guesses for (1) observe
offset, and (2) 90-degree pulse power and time? I have parameters for 13C
and 31P on the same probe, and could work from those if there’s any
reasonably predictable relationship.
