Dear Junfeng,
the ability to run 6Li is depending on the hardware you have. 6Li is very
close to deuterium and if there is a 2H Stop filter in line you will not be
able to observe 6Li.
XBB19F or XBB preamplifiers come in two flavors with or without built in 2H
stop filter. They would have either HS or HP in their description.
It is also possible that the 2H stop is built into the probe. This is the case
for all BB cryoprobes and Prodigy probes. Some iProbes also have built in 2H
stop filters.
If there is no such filter in line you should be able to observe 6Li. If the
filter is external, remove it. If it is built in you are out of luck.
If you tell me which spectrometer you are using I can tell you if it will work.
