Hi Yongbo,
I have a couple of suggestions for you, depending on your level of experience.
One, you can measure the cryogen probe for continuity on the two sensors to
see they've opened, or just switch the level meter to the other sensor.
Ie, if it read previously on P1, switch it to P2, or vise versa.
It could be that the current source is no longer 'putting out' it's rated
current level ....

an E5025 digital cryogen monitor. Recently, the helium level monitoring
functionality failed completely and no longer registers a reading, though
the nitrogen level sensor continues to operate normally.
If you have experienced a similar issue, I would appreciate any insight you
could share regarding viable replacement parts, third-party repairs, or
reliable alternative monitoring solutions.
