Hi,

could you try to expand that WaitStatusChange line in the log file to enable reading
the full line? That 300 s = 5 Min. Delay may hold the clue on what’s happening…
Did you already check if the lock phase is correct/optimal?

Topspin (4.1.4) pauses for 5 minutes even though the actual locking happens within the usual

Nobody would care to alter the settings in these instruments, and this certainly wasn't the case
when the system was first installed. The auto lock phase option was checked from the beginning too.
Bruker has been trying to help us since this morning, but I was hoping someone here has run in to
this weirdness before, and may have some insights. I have attached two screencaps and a screen video in
case it helps.
