Thank you for your help!
Our IT team in the Department was insistent on upgrading from CentOS 07, so
we unfortunately downgrading to another TS version won't be possible. I do
agree that sending the amp back when it's likely a software issue is a bit
extreme.
We did have a remote session with Bruker and they said they could not fix the
issue remotely. I think we will just have to pay for the site visit as they
said this was necessary to update the bootloader software.
