Hi,
Expanding on Eugenio's comment, /opt/topspin is probably a link to your install
directory. Can you verify if this exists and is pointed to the correct installation
directory? If it exists, but is still pointed to your 4.3 install, remove it with
rm or unlink first. Then you can (re)create it with:
ln -s /opt/Bruker/topspin4.4.0 /opt/topspin
You will want to verify the path to your TopSpin 4.4.0 directory and modify
that command as needed.
