Dear All,
We recently switched from CentOS to Alma Linux and successfully installed TopSpin 4.4.0.
The installation and license activation process went smoothly. However, we encountered
a problem when configuring the NMR AVANCE NEO system using the most recent backup file
created on CentOS. The system failed to read the backup file and displayed an error message,
which is attached for your reference.
Interestingly, when we downloaded and installed TopSpin 4.3.0, it could read the system
configuration without any issues.
Has anyone else experienced related problems with TopSpin 4.4.0 on Alma Linux? Is the
attached error indicative of a software bug, or could it be due to some other issue?
We would greatly appreciate your insights and suggestions.
