[AMMRL] Bruker Avance II communication errors

Hi all,
I am having communication errors on my Bruker Avance II 300 MHz system (TopSpin 3.2).
The problem occurred unassociated with any event (restart, powerdown, etc.).

I have attached the error messages from 'ii' and 'ha' commands.
Also, Below I have documented the feedback from the service tools, bsms.cmd and grad.cmd.

Any ideas on what's wrong?
