Re: [AMMRL] Topshim with parameters and Autoshim turned on

Hi Clemens and Andre,

_at_Clemens. Yes, you are right there is a global option which I overlooked. I
was hung up on how selective it should be so global is fine if that is what
is wanted.

_at_Andre. I could not get Clemens way to work for individual solvents, only
global and furthermore:
While TopShim read in the arguments according to the report, it did not apply
tuneax and tuneay even thoughj it said that it ran them (it did not according
to my observation);
I don't know if it applied convcomp or not as there was no indication.
After TopShim finished, autoshim came on automatically.
To get everything to work, it might be worth trying to read in a macro in the
entry box as this is listed as an option .

Best regards,
Karel

P.S. For others, I am using TS3.7 running on Windows10 for AVIII.

Karel,

You have a point but I do not think you have to set it for all
solvents. You can either set a global shimroutine in the ICONNMR
configurator in Lock/Shim Options -> Shim Program or you can go to the
submenu Solvent/Probe Dependencies and set individual shim routines for
different solvents. And for individual choices the options have to be in
the shim method selector and the user has to be give the right to edit
lock and shim method. Outside of ICONNMR I always work with "topshim
gui" so I can set the options.
