Hi TJ,
Bruce Adams used inversion recovery for this sort of application, typically
for phosphorus. I’ve attached a document describing the approach as
well as a couple of pulse sequences for 1) single time observation and 2)
pseudo-2D time series measurement. Hope it helps!
