Hi,

Have you tried yet to use a selective 1D NOE experiment for this? It should
work for 31P as well as it does for 1H.
Simply record a PHOSPHORUS spectrum, then select “ Experiments - Convert to - selective 1D - NOESY1D”
and select the “starting point” signal. You can run a series of mixing
times (mixN) to see how the signal builds up. Possibly try running a ROESY1D as well to
help distinguish between NOE & exchange (will depend on molecular size etc.).

Cheers
Bert

Hello all--I am trying to adopt the sequence followed in the attached article
(including the supplementary material) that studied a kinetic process via proton NMR
to a system observing 31P instead, with no success. I was hoping that ideally, someone
may already have a working sequence in their library and willing to share it.

For context, the system in question has two 31P nuclei that (potentially) exchange, and
the hope is to invert one signal with a soft 180-pulse and track the intensity of the second,
arraying the "mixing time" between the 180 and final 90-detection pulse.

Any advice would be much appreciated as always!
