Ken - a friendly reminder that if you are indeed battling a temperature gradient,
topshim now gives us the “tcorr” option to apply a correction.
We use tcorr routinely here for aqueous samples on a TCI Prodigy.

Even if your version of topshim does not allow “tcorr” yet,
you could achieve the same effect via a simple AU program as part of your
shimming routine in iconnmr for aqueous solvents.
