Everyone:
I want to thank all of the people who have helped me troubleshoot and obtain a working reference generator board. The Agilent staff was extremely helpful! Thanks to Ed Fadrilan, Ed Manzanares, Daniel Wells, Bill Payne and Bruce Carlisle. I received it yesterday and my system is working beautifully. This is a refurbished board and I am able to send in my old board for a credit. I received the credit paperwork with the shipped part.
All total it took 10 days to get the part, but this included 2 weekends and the Martin Luther King holiday, so really it only took 4 working days to get the board.
