Hello to everyone. I hope you had a great Christmas and a terrific New
Year. In the upcoming year I will be starting the whole process of
pulling together information to purchase a new NMR (although the actual
purchase is about a year away). I would be interested in some
advice/input from anyone who wants to offer up any.
Specifically, I am looking at knowing what you think about:
1. Technical Support - how has it been? Are the representatives
responsive? Do you get quick responses or have to wait days/weeks?
Anything else you want to add.
2. Ease of use of software - Anything you want to tell me, I want to
hear.
3. Reliability - Has your system been relatively reliable? When it
does fail, is it the same component over and over or is it always
something different?
4. Anything else you think I should know (the good, the bad, the ugly -
sounds like the title of a Western, doesn't it?!?!) that I haven't
mentioned here.
