I am writing workflow scripts for automating Varian->Bruker datasets using
vconv. (But I am open to any better suggestions.)
This works fine for me on the TopSpin command entry line:
vconv c:/temp/zip/1d/data/1 test 22 c:/temp/zip/1d/bruker nmrsu
(although it complains, appropriately, that exp/stan/nmr/par/standard1d is
missing, probably because I have not set up my data station correctly?) the
files are created, including pdata 1r and 1i.
But I would like to do it with no GUI. From Windows I tried:
> topspin -i -d -s vconv c:/temp/zip/1d/data/1 test1 22
c:/temp/zip/1d/bruker nmrsu
from a Windows command terminal, which reported:
*C:\temp\bruker\TopSpin4.5.0>call
"C:\temp\bruker\TopSpin4.5.0\prog\mod\cpr.exe" -i -c demo -s vconv
c:/temp/zip/1d/data/1 test1 22 c:/temp/zip/1d/bruker
