Hi y'all,

I am now also taking care of the university's EPR facility, which has an old
Bruker system, circa 2000. Its original LN2 evaporator unit was trashed the
other day when someone broke the internal transfer dewar. But we just
happened to have a second evaporator unit; but its different enough from
the original that it will not power up. I can see there is a difference
in the sensors and would like to rewire the new one to work in the old VT
controller. Does anyone have electrical drawings or experience repairing
these simple little devices. They are essentially a set of heater resistors
in series and combined with two LN2 sensors, with a total of four active wires
on the old one; five active wires on the new-ish one. At >$40K to replace
the whole thing is out of the question and Bruker is no longer servicing
the obsolete hardware.

Thanks, Cheers,
Scott
