Good morning,
If you’re trying to use the 1D-NOESY (with or without gradients) make
sure to optimize the ‘mix’ period to catch the water signal
as close to a null as you can.
Adding a bit of preset during the recycle delay, and even during the mix period
also helps. I recommend ~80Hz gammaB1 induced field so you don’t perturb
the surrounding resonances too badly.
