There is NO lonely air compressor with -70 °C dew point on the market.
This unit compresses the air with the moisture inside. So there is always not
a low dew point to get from. Sorry.

You have always to get a second device behind the compressor for the air treatment.
This always depends on the pumping device - some are oiling the compressed air.
So you have to treat the compressed air - de-oiling and de-watering and de-dusting
the air behind the pump.

You can use a freezer or an adsorbing device to minimize the water in the air. Thats
all you need. But you can look on the capabilities of these devices. I have no idea what
suits for you best - I am in Europe.

I use an adsorber for drying my air. This jumps between two columns and produces
a spike in the air stream - so you have to compensate this with a ballast tank.
